Description

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities through strategic outreach, personal selling, and relationship-led pipeline development.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first touch through close, including opportunity planning, forecasting, and pipeline coverage.
  • Engage target accounts through 1:1 ABM outreach, relationship building, and disciplined follow-up on inbound leads and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including next steps, deal stage updates, close plans, and forecast visibility.
  • Conduct pre-call research and discovery to understand prospect business challenges, key stakeholders, and decision criteria.
  • Apply Command of the Message, MEDDIC, or another sales methodology to qualify opportunities, navigate stakeholders, and advance deals.
  • Lead and support the RFP and pitch process in partnership with subject matter experts and internal teams.
  • Translate client business challenges into compelling pitches and strategic solutions that highlight Wpromote differentiators.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership on opportunity strategy, pitch recommendations, procurement, legal, and contracting.
  • Participate in post-mortems for wins, losses, and no-decisions and contribute insights back into enablement and deal execution.
  • Represent Wpromote at industry trade shows and networking events to build relationships and support long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in a marketing agency, media platform, or related B2B services/solutions environment.
  • Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, CRM/email, and SEO.
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message, MEDDIC, or another proven B2B sales methodology.
  • Experience participating in ABM initiatives, including personalized outreach and relationship-building.
  • A professional network and ability to build trust with prospective clients and industry contacts.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present compelling recommendations.
  • Experience maintaining strong CRM hygiene and opportunity planning for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, pitch sessions, and events as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
