Description

  • Drive utilization and account business viability for the nPulse Vybrance system in the assigned region.
  • Provide procedure training, clinical support, reimbursement support, and account program support to customers.
  • Act as a technical expert by delivering presentations, demonstrations, and education on product use and application.
  • Coordinate proper reimbursement processes to support procedure viability within accounts.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, support staff relationships, and local referring physician networks.
  • Support key opinion leaders, account-based clinical studies, scientific speaking engagements, and center-of-excellence initiatives.
  • Conduct educational events, quarterly business reviews, strategic marketing activities, and ongoing training for physicians and office staff.
  • Maintain account files, business plans, account profiles, expense reports, and weekly/monthly CRM data in SalesForce.com.
  • Share best practices and market insights with the territory development team and management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, health, and safety requirements in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or scientific field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in the medical device industry driving sales, clinical utilization, and new therapy product adoption.
  • Experience with new therapy launches, therapy development, key account management, and reimbursement fundamentals.
  • Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.
  • Prior surgical setting experience, preferably with high-value single-use devices used in interventional and/or ablation procedures.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic sales discussions and influence executive stakeholders inside and outside accounts.
  • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills, with critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and a personal vehicle that meets company reimbursement policy requirements.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including up to 50% travel, overnight stays, and possible international travel.
  • Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet access.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds.
  • Self-motivated, independent, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience in the minimally invasive field.
