Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for new and expansion business across EMEA and APAC accounts and prospects.
  • Self-source about 40% of pipeline while leveraging inbound leads and channel partners.
  • Map user, economic, and executive buyers and conduct targeted outreach, discovery, and demos.
  • Navigate RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes and align proposals with customer and procurement requirements.
  • Build internal champions and use customer references to secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Develop credibility within key verticals by understanding mission needs, budget cycles, and regulatory constraints.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and product, engineering, and solutions teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Finance, and Legal on onboarding, adoption, and contract execution.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide revenue forecasts and leadership insights.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets on deals ranging from $30K to $250K.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling software or technology solutions.
  • International sales experience across EMEA and APAC.
  • Solid understanding of video streaming workflows and embedded video technologies.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota with deal sizes between $30K and $250K.
  • Experience with solution-selling frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Experience navigating RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and cooperative purchasing vehicles.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with IT users, economic buyers, and executive sponsors.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and demo skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles.
