Description

  • Diagnose complex execution issues across Go-to-Market, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify and champion high-impact automation and AI opportunities across core systems and workflows.
  • Design end-to-end operating models that scale across people, process, data, and technology.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to determine whether friction points stem from process gaps, data issues, or behavioral barriers.
  • Translate ambiguous executive requests into detailed business requirements documents with success metrics and acceptance criteria.
  • Define in-scope and out-of-scope boundaries for initiatives to ensure disciplined execution.
  • Design change management and adoption strategies that drive user uptake of new tools and processes.
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper for the Systems/IT intake queue and prioritize high-value initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure technical solutions align with business intent.
  • Serve as a business-facing operational liaison across departments and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS lead-to-cash lifecycle and the interdependencies between Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Experience in a strategic consulting role or an in-house Center of Excellence environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.
  • Functional understanding of CRM concepts, specifically Salesforce, and ERP concepts, specifically NetSuite.
  • Ability to discuss technical trade-offs without owning the code.
  • Experience implementing or championing AI use cases with a pragmatic focus on value and risk measurement.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration or Technology Management.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Salesforce/NetSuite functional certifications are a plus.
