Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to large field service businesses and align WorkWave’s platform to their business outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level discovery and vision conversations with C-level and other senior stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Champion strategic prospecting efforts to identify, engage, and convert enterprise targets.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver product demos and tailored solution recommendations.
  • Build, manage, and close a pipeline of multi-million-dollar SaaS opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional leaders and external executive stakeholders.
  • Use sales technology and tools to manage pipeline activity, proposals, and deal progression.

Requirements

  • 5 years of success in SaaS solutions sales.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to lead high-stakes conversations with C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business models and financial drivers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-through.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships based on credibility and trust.
  • Comfortable working in competitive, high-pressure environments.
  • Results-driven mindset with accountability and ownership for driving deals forward.

  • Salary range of $120,000-$125,000 with an OTE of $240,000-$250,000.
