Description

  • Learn the platform and its value for small and growing lawn care businesses with 10-49 employees.
  • Lead online demos that help stakeholders envision growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.
  • Manage your territory and own the sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Balance outbound prospecting with quick follow-up on inbound MQLs.
  • Conduct discovery, scoping, and proof-of-concept activities to guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense to manage activity, forecast accurately, and build pipeline.
  • Track weekly KPIs such as demos booked and held, 3x pipeline, and closed deals.
  • Work independently while managing multiple opportunities and quick turnarounds.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets.
  • Experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline independently and prospect proactively.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, thoughtful negotiation, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deals at once.
  • Ability to lead demos and close deals efficiently.
  • Comfort using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense is preferred.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to build trust quickly.
