Description

  • Identify and prioritize target companies based on funding, expansion, and remote hiring signals.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, voice, video, and WhatsApp.
  • Map full accounts by reaching multiple stakeholders across HR, team leads, and executive teams.
  • Research companies deeply to uncover pain points, hiring patterns, and decision-maker contacts.
  • Build strategic, personalized first-touch messaging and follow-up sequences.
  • Deliver 20+ qualified demos per month to Account Executives.
  • Partner closely with AEs and marketing to share market feedback and refine targeting and messaging.
  • Track and improve pipeline contribution, meeting acceptance, and conversion quality.
  • Become a market expert on German and Austrian high-growth companies and hiring trends.

Requirements

  • Native-level German fluency and business-level English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in remote B2B business development or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling and multi-channel outreach.
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and using voice or video outreach in LinkedIn DMs and WhatsApp.
  • Experience researching and prioritizing target accounts based on buying signals.
  • Ability to build systematic outbound strategies that drive consistent results.
  • Strong self-starter mindset with proactive communication and openness to feedback.
  • Based within +/-2 hours of the CET time zone.
  • Experience working toward clear KPIs, quotas, and performance metrics.
  • Preference for candidates who are highly resilient, resourceful, and comfortable handling rejection.
