Description

  • Draft and refine campaign messaging for diverse audiences across regions and markets.
  • Build, schedule, send, and QA digital messages across peer-to-peer, SMS, and email platforms.
  • Manage back-end execution in engagement platforms, including audience assignments, uploads, scheduling, and reporting configurations.
  • Monitor message performance and identify trends and anomalies to guide campaign adjustments.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across campaigns.
  • Produce regular reports summarizing results, response trends, and key insights.
  • Surface member insights from message responses to improve tone, clarity, and resonance.
  • Partner with colleagues across the organization to ensure content and targeting strategies are cohesive and accurate.
  • Contribute to internal documentation of messaging activities, results, and lessons learned.
  • Participate in team forums to share insights and align on engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital engagement, communications, campaign operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns across SMS or peer-to-peer platforms such as Strive Hustle, ThruText, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns within a single program or organization.
  • Experience executing structured workflows, including building, scheduling, and QA'ing digital campaigns across tools or platforms.
  • High attention to detail and operational rigor, with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting, or list management within engagement platforms.
  • Ability to interpret performance data such as delivery rates, response rates, and engagement metrics and apply insights to improve outcomes.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an understanding of audience-centered messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams using tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Alignment with WorkMoney, Inc.'s mission and a member-first engagement approach.
  • Experience working in high-volume, campaign-style, or rapid-response environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, performance dashboards, or basic analytics tools used to evaluate campaign effectiveness is preferred.
  • Comfort interpreting qualitative member feedback alongside quantitative performance data to inform messaging is preferred.
