Description

  • Create and execute a partner strategy and plan that supports co-market, co-sell, and co-delivery motions.
  • Build Workato’s enterprise and AI orchestration positioning within the partner ecosystem in Korea.
  • Generate pipeline with partners and sales teams through targeted partner-led activities.
  • Align with Enterprise Account Executives to develop partner-driven portfolio and pipeline plans.
  • Identify the right Workato partner for each customer and prospect opportunity.
  • Manage key partnership relationships in the territory and own executive-level partner relationships.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners that can create incremental business opportunities in the region.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and recommend actions to grow business and strengthen Workato’s partner position.
  • Represent Workato at industry events and build relationships with potential partners and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support partner initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in partner sales, business development, or enterprise sales within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven success recruiting, developing, and managing strategic partnerships across GSIs and RSIs.
  • Track record of bringing AI governance and orchestration-related solutions to market through partner collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of Korean enterprise legacy systems such as SAP/Oracle ERP, or related partner collaboration experience.
  • Experience with solution sales strategy and execution through cloud channels such as AWS Marketplace is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the iPaaS and automation industry, or enterprise software platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events.
  • Native-level Korean proficiency in writing and speaking, plus excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong network of partners, experts, and executives developed through a primarily partnerships-focused role.
  • Established relationships with C-level and working-level stakeholders at major Korean corporations and SI/solution partners.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a fast-changing, high-growth environment with a small team centered on Singapore HQ.
