Description

  • Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and support for month-end close.
  • Track cash flow, payments, transfers, recurring expenses, and treasury forecasts.
  • Coordinate HR administrative processes such as payroll with external providers, onboarding, expenses, benefits, and employment documentation.
  • Manage contracts, NDAs, insurance policies, licenses, renewals, digital filing, and corporate documentation.
  • Coordinate with external advisors on tax, legal, HR, insurance, banking, and U.S. compliance matters.
  • Prepare administrative and financial reports for leadership using Business Central, Excel, Power BI, or other Microsoft tools.
  • Keep compliance calendars, internal policies, and documentation updated in SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and collaborate with area leads on agreements, reports, and operational follow-up.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong, demonstrable experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, cash flow, and accounting close processes.
  • Professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working with U.S. companies or in U.S.-based administrative/financial environments.
  • Good command of Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • High autonomy, strong organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of sales tax, payroll, compliance, corporate insurance, or administrative procedures in the U.S. is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, or Copilot is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with external advisors, banks, insurance brokers, or administrative vendors is preferred.
  • Experience in food, consumer goods, import/export, or regulated products companies is preferred.
