Description

  • Support restaurants throughout the full adoption cycle, from pre-sales through post-implementation follow-up.
  • Configure the SaaS platform according to each client’s operational needs.
  • Train client teams on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Analyze operational workflows and propose efficiency and compliance improvements, including HACCP-related processes.
  • Track platform usage to drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and OpEx to improve the customer experience.
  • Work closely with clients during implementation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and continuous value creation.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or implementation.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and optimize operational processes.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
  • Interest in technology and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Preferred knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Preferred experience working with SaaS tools.
  • Required remote-work setup including a computer, stable internet connection, and an appropriate workspace; a second monitor and headset with microphone are recommended.

Benefits

  • Monthly compensation of USD 1,500 to 1,800.
