Description

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of less complex Spanish-speaking clients, including some based in the United States.
  • Drive proactive customer success through relationship building, client support, and process-oriented follow-up.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and occasional in-person client events, primarily in Mexico City or Monterrey.
  • Track client progress, resolve issues, and support adoption using HubSpot, Teams, Zoom, and similar tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate client feedback and improve processes.
  • Contribute to client retention and expansion efforts within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Support the transition of clients to higher-tier service levels based on performance.
  • Work across wealth tech, fintech, or family office contexts to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or support.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Teams, Zoom, or similar CRM and communication tools.
  • Experience analyzing customer data to generate insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and client-facing skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and process-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Preference for candidates based in Mexico City or Monterrey.
  • Availability for periodic travel if located outside the preferred cities.
  • Experience in fintech, wealth tech, or family office sectors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with wealth management tools is a bonus.
