Description

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
  • Prepare HR correspondence, including contracts, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications with HR and other departments.
  • Track attendance, leave, performance documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and updating candidate records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely HR assistance.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR programs.
  • Ensure sensitive HR information is handled confidentially and accurately.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in HR administration, HR support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Experience in remote or international HR support is an advantage.
  • Reliable and stable internet connection for a remote full-time role.
  • Availability to work a schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zone.
