Description

  • Partner with the General Manager and U.S. People Team to support the Global Delivery Center team.
  • Serve as the primary local HR contact for Philippines-based employees and managers.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, global standards, and Philippine labor laws.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, 201 file maintenance, and offboarding.
  • Oversee performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on complex HR matters and maintain policies, the Employee Handbook, legal compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage compensation and benefits initiatives in collaboration with global HR teams.
  • Lead employee engagement, culture-building, change management, and other HR programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design and strategic HR decisions, and mentor HR team members.
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to improve decision-making and processes; perform office management duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources and/or recruiting.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and local HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to adjust working hours and provide occasional after-hours support.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn tools such as Greenhouse, DocuSign, and First Advantage.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving abilities; visa sponsorship is not available.
