Description

  • Own and manage the CRM system in Pipedrive, ensuring accurate and real-time tracking of partner and deal activity.
  • Design, improve, and implement scalable sales processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Build and maintain pipeline management frameworks to track leads and deal progression consistently.
  • Establish and enforce CRM best practices, data integrity standards, and operational consistency.
  • Analyse pipeline performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee onboarding workflows, including partner setup and prospect enablement.
  • Manage deal creation and lifecycle tracking from application through to completion.
  • Introduce automation and tools to reduce manual work and streamline operations.
  • Provide reporting and actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience building, improving, and scaling operational processes or systems.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive or similar.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of responsibilities.
  • Experience managing pipelines, tracking performance, and improving workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with DocuSign or similar tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused.
  • Fully remote role aligned with Australian time zone (AEST).
  • Full-time engagement as an independent contractor.
