Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.
  • Follow up with leads using the CRM and established sales systems.
  • Qualify potential buyers and sellers based on motivation, timeline, and readiness.
  • Nurture prospects through consistent and professional communication.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for real estate agents.
  • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
  • Maintain a positive and professional brand image in all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve lead conversion and communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • English fluency with clear, confident phone communication.
  • Comfortable handling outbound calls and follow-up conversations.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems, dialers, and digital communication tools.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with real estate CRMs or platforms such as Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, or KV Core is a plus.
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to submit application materials in English, including a resume.
