Description

  • Create and execute long-term strategic account plans focused on diversification and sustainable growth across existing and new U.S. accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer buying behavior to refine account strategies and define measurable objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and align partnerships to clients’ enterprise objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and new lines of business within named accounts.
  • Partner with solutions and operations teams to scope customer needs and shape early engagement strategy.
  • Drive cross-functional solution integration to deliver comprehensive offerings and value to clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from opportunity identification through qualification, closing, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month bookings forecast and work toward established booking quotas.
  • Collaborate with operations, business development, and subject matter experts to align account strategy, resolve escalations, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee negotiation and management of MSAs and SOWs, including renewals and contract governance.
  • Work with finance to manage customer financials, profitability, and budget alignment.
  • Establish KPIs and prepare regular performance updates for the executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of executive-level client engagement and revenue growth within the AI industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present it effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing contracts such as MSAs and SOWs.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Experience building forecasts and managing quota attainment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Remote work location for the U.S. West Coast role.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $140,000 to $165,000 per year.
