Description

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services and APIs for digital banking products.
  • Ensure backend services meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver features on schedule.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain service availability and reliability.
  • Improve code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and automation.
  • Work across the full development lifecycle from development through deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in backend software development.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or an equivalent language.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and container technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and serverless computing environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Django, or Flask is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the financial or banking sector is advantageous.
  • Experience integrating large language models for customer support chatbots, document processing, or decision support systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of transaction lifecycles, accounting, reconciliation, and settlement processes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Python is desirable.
  • Experience with Spring ecosystem technologies and AWS services such as ECS/EKS, Fargate, Aurora, DynamoDB, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, MSK, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, and S3 is desirable.
