Description

  • Design and develop model-driven apps in Dataverse, including forms, views, business rules, and business process flows.
  • Build custom plugins in C# and custom APIs to support complex logic and backend processing.
  • Create PCF controls using React and TypeScript to extend Dynamics functionality and improve user experience.
  • Build Power Automate cloud flows for notifications, escalations, record updates, and backend automation.
  • Integrate Dynamics with SharePoint, Azure Functions, and external systems while maintaining security and compliance.
  • Implement document management and file storage strategies that support collaboration and regulatory requirements.
  • Own ALM processes in Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging, version control, and deployments across multiple environments.
  • Ensure release quality through code reviews, pipeline debugging, automated testing, and environment governance.
  • Design and enforce role-based access controls, security roles, and entitlement models to protect sensitive data.
  • Partner with Product and Design to simplify workflows, improve navigation, and increase user adoption.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse.
  • Strong proficiency with C#/.NET for Dataverse plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs.
  • Experience building PCF controls using React and TypeScript.
  • Expertise in Power Automate, including error handling, retry patterns, and integration with Dataverse events.
  • Solid knowledge of Power Platform ALM, Azure DevOps pipelines, solution management, and environment promotion.
  • Experience designing secure architectures with role-based security and data governance.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver operational stability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Power Pages configuration or migration projects (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise compliance frameworks, security classifications, or threat modeling (preferred).
  • Experience optimizing model-driven app performance and data retrieval strategies (preferred).
  • Prior experience in regulated environments such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector (preferred).
  • PL-400, PL-600, or Azure DevOps Engineer certification (preferred).
  • Must be based in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
