Description

  • Partner with Federal and SLED Sales leadership to run forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking for the Public Sector business.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality across long-cycle, compliance-driven deals.
  • Analyze pipeline, bookings, and conversion trends to surface risks and growth opportunities across Public Sector segments.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and reporting accuracy across complex account structures, including agencies, primes, and DIB.
  • Partner with GTM Analytics to build dashboards and reporting on pipeline health, coverage ratios, and segment performance.
  • Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Legal to support deal execution and compliance-driven sales motions.
  • Contribute to annual planning activities such as territory design, account segmentation, headcount planning, and quota setting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements tailored to Public Sector sales cycles and procurement dynamics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations, with Public Sector experience strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Federal and/or SLED sales motions, including long sales cycles and regulated environments.
  • Strong grasp of forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM processes.
  • Experience supporting quota planning, territory alignment, or account segmentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Ability to interpret and apply GTM policies, deal structures, and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator with experience partnering across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment as a self-starter.
  • Experience supporting Federal programs such as FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD, or IC is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Public Sector account structures such as agencies, integrators, and DIB is preferred.
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments is preferred.
  • Must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
