Description

  • Own the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days before the renewal due date.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth, and term extensions.
  • Partner with Customer Success to assess customer health and determine the right renewal approach.
  • Maintain and report accurate renewal forecasts for the assigned book of business.
  • Manage multiple commercial customer renewals concurrently while staying organized at scale.
  • Escalate customer concerns when appropriate to help resolve issues and reduce renewal risk.
  • Identify at-risk renewal accounts early and help mitigate contraction and churn.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel and alliance partners to identify and close joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Deals Desk as needed.
  • Recommend and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding renewal quotas in previous roles.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models, with the ability to learn Wiz’s offerings and pricing quickly.
  • Experience in a SaaS revenue organization such as Sales, Customer Success Management, or a renewals team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.
  • Confidence navigating customer and partner renewal processes in accordance with Wiz’s rules of engagement.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
