Description

  • Handle the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days before the renewal due date.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals for retention, growth, and term extensions of existing customer contracts.
  • Partner with Customer Success to assess customer health and determine the right renewal strategy.
  • Maintain and report an accurate renewal forecast for the assigned book of business.
  • Manage renewals for multiple commercial customers concurrently while staying organized at scale.
  • Identify at-risk renewal clients before the renewal date and escalate issues to the appropriate team members to mitigate contraction and churn.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to identify and close joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and the Deals Desk as needed.
  • Escalate customer concerns when appropriate to help resolve issues.
  • Recommend and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience.
  • Must be located in the Central United States.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving renewal quota in previous roles.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models, with the ability to learn Wiz's offerings and pricing quickly.
  • Experience in a SaaS revenue organization, such as Sales, Customer Success Management, or a prior renewals team role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.
  • Confidence and ability to navigate customer and partner renewal processes according to Wiz's rules of engagement.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
