Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing federal sales team across Civilian sectors.
  • Build and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans aligned with company and federal customer needs.
  • Communicate the value of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions to federal customers and align offerings to mission-critical requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. Federal space.
  • Leverage knowledge of federal acquisition processes to expand Wiz’s presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the federal government.
  • Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and procurement processes in the federal space.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in federal sales leadership, with a strong focus on Civilian agencies.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful go-to-market strategies in the U.S. Federal market.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise and major account executives focused on federal sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance requirements, including FedRAMP, and acquisition lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and their applicability in federal environments.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and navigate complex federal sales cycles.
  • Must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
