Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national partners, including CSPs, sellers, engineers, and leadership teams.
  • Implement national partner and CSP strategies at the regional level in South Korea.
  • Lead partner enablement activities across leadership, sales, and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute business plans with focus partner accounts and coordinate account mapping with Wiz sales teams.
  • Educate Wiz sellers on partner go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
  • Maintain leadership cadence between Wiz and partner sales leadership and communicate partner strategies in weekly internal meetings.
  • Oversee cloud strategies for partners targeting specific accounts and maintain account insights such as cloud spend, commitments, and billing contacts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partner conflicts, manage escalations, and support sales-cycle issue resolution.
  • Manage partner application administration, reseller agreements, deal registration, private offers, and ACE deal management in SFDC/WorkSpan.
  • Plan and execute partner events, marketing follow-up, budgets, SPIFFs, forecasting, and weekly reporting to leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of channel sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Established relationships with South Korean partner reseller leadership.
  • Strong expertise in channel sales and partnerships.
  • Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding.
  • SaaS channel experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud service provider marketplaces, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
