Description

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with distribution partners and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, service level agreements, and contracts.
  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs and SLAs and drive corrective actions to improve results.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach and strengthen supply chain capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align distribution strategy with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute growth plans, promotions, and joint marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Oversee logistics, inventory management, forecasting, demand planning, and stock replenishment with partners.
  • Resolve supply chain disruptions and support smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Analyze performance metrics, market data, and customer feedback, and report findings to senior management.
  • Ensure partners follow company policies, regulatory requirements, brand standards, and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–4 years of experience in partner management, distribution, supply chain, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing distribution partnerships.
  • Experience with contract negotiations, inventory management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or partner management software; multilingual proficiency is a plus if applicable to the market.
