Description

  • Serve as Wiz’s top field expert in application and cloud-native security.
  • Work closely with CTO, Field CTO, Customer Success, Product Management, and R&D to maintain alignment across the sales process.
  • Provide technical and business-relevant feedback to Product Management based on field engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities and demonstrate the business and technical value of the Wiz platform.
  • Support SEs and prospects during the POC process with advanced use cases, installation/deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead regular thought leadership sessions for field teams to share customer-derived insights and improve messaging and value delivery.
  • Assist in messaging and selling Wiz platform capabilities to prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of core IT, InfoSec, Cloud, and DevOps concepts.
  • Career experience focused on public cloud architecture, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Deep practical knowledge of the AppSec landscape, including ASPM, SAST, DAST, SCA, and SBOMs such as SPDX and CycloneDX.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in one or more high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and/or advanced shell scripting.
  • Experience coding and understanding developer workflows, including Git, CI/CD, Helm, and Terraform.
  • SME-level knowledge of Kubernetes and containers with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex environments.
  • Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from developer teams to executive stakeholders such as CISOs and CTOs.
  • Passion for continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership.
  • Business proficiency or fluency in Portuguese or Spanish, written and verbal, is required.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
