Description

  • Own the solutions consulting function by building the playbook and defining how the company delivers change and success for enterprise agencies.
  • Partner with sales on enterprise deals by joining discovery calls, mapping customer workflows, and designing tailored solutions.
  • Build business cases and present technical and commercial recommendations that demonstrate clear ROI to prospective customers.
  • Translate complex agency operations into actionable implementation roadmaps using Quandri's platform.
  • Work with existing enterprise customers to identify new use cases and support expansion revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to drive adoption, change management, and meaningful product utilization.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing agency insights with Product, Engineering, and leadership.
  • Help large agencies overcome internal resistance and successfully adopt new workflows and technology.
  • Support closed deals and post-sale implementation as part of a sales-aligned, enterprise-focused role.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of insurance agency operations, ideally from experience working in, selling to, or consulting for P&C insurance agencies or brokerages.
  • Experience in enterprise solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, complex environments without an existing playbook.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to discuss P&L, growth strategy, and operational challenges with agency leaders.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and gain buy-in from leadership, middle management, and front-line staff.
  • Builder mentality with an interest in creating a function from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executives, writing solution proposals, and whiteboarding technical architecture.
  • Bonus experience with Applied Epic or Vertafore AMS360.
  • Background in insurtech or selling/implementing technology into insurance agencies.
  • Remote role based in North America, with availability to work from the USA or Canada.

  • On-target earnings of $180,000 - $200,000 a year, including base and variable compensation tied to deal involvement.
