Description

  • Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions that are scalable, performant, and aligned to customer goals.
  • Lead machine learning engineers and data scientists in building AI/ML platforms, pipelines, and products.
  • Communicate the business value and ROI of AI/ML solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members on AI/ML architecture, modeling, and best practices.
  • Stay current on emerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies to inform solution design and delivery.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders to understand long-term AI/ML goals and define aligned roadmaps.
  • Develop persuasive technical approaches and value propositions to advance client AI/ML initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities by uncovering unmet client needs.
  • Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, including technical strategy and proposal development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Scientist, or Software Engineer designing and implementing complex AI/ML platforms and solutions.
  • 3+ years of consulting leadership experience leading projects, expanding customer relationships, and driving delivery-led growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models in a production setting.
  • Proven track record in account expansion, pre-sales, and proposal development.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and architects.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML platforms and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Vertex AI, or SageMaker.
  • Expertise in Python, Scala, Java, or another modern programming language.
  • Ability to build and operate robust data pipelines using multiple data sources, programming languages, and toolsets.
  • Experience developing APIs and web server applications such as Flask, Django, or Spring.
  • Full software development lifecycle experience, including design, documentation, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing complex client relationships.
  • Master’s or other advanced degree in data science or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant side projects, such as open source contributions (preferred).
  • Experience with libraries and tools such as h2o, TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn (preferred).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or another containerization technology (preferred).
  • AWS SageMaker or Azure ML and MLflow experience (preferred).
  • Experience building enterprise ML models (preferred).
