Description

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Experience Managers supporting strategic customers.
  • Provide tactical and strategic guidance to ensure strong service delivery, value realization, and project execution.
  • Serve as the primary Customer Experience Manager for a small portfolio of Strategic Accounts.
  • Drive CEM strategy and customer deliverables to increase team impact.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth, and adoption.
  • Maintain and report accurate customer health and project status across the region.
  • Collaborate with sales peers and TAM leaders to drive customer outcomes and support cross-functional alignment.
  • Identify and activate strategies to proactively grow value within customer accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, and Operations.
  • Act as an escalation point for at-risk customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM, CEM, PM, or similar customer-facing revenue-focused role, ideally in security or cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience managing post-sales Customer Success or Services roles focused on Fortune 100 accounts.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and managing high-performing revenue teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models, with the ability to learn Wiz’s offerings quickly.
  • Based in London (UK/I) or Paris, France.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
