Description

  • Identify and research potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities for cloud security solutions.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to coordinate strategies and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Own the sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Navigate rejection and challenges professionally while staying focused on long-term success.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
  • A passion for sales and technology, ideally with an interest in cloud security and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to success.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in cloud or security sales (bonus).
  • Understanding of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message (bonus).
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
