Description

  • Arrange meetings between the sales team and customers or prospects to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Work assigned enterprise accounts to uncover new business, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor outreach messages for target accounts and personas.
  • Record all necessary customer and meeting information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Use marketing campaigns and activities to build relationships and guide customers through the buying journey.
  • Assess customer sales readiness using multiple data points.
  • Create personalized emails to introduce yourself and add value through each customer engagement.
  • Make outbound calls and use social media channels to engage prospects and customers.
  • Refer customers to the appropriate sales representative and monitor hand-offs through meeting completion.
  • Analyze first-party and third-party data to uncover new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with experience working in the DACH market.
  • English proficiency sufficient to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
  • Interest in building a career in marketing or sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience interacting with customers or prospects using technology.
  • Ability to analyze behavioral patterns and customer data.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with Drift, Salesforce.com, 6Sense, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or Outreach is a plus.
  • Comfort working with a large portfolio of products and understanding the IT challenges they solve.
