Description

  • Generate sales leads by prospecting and engaging Mid-Market and Enterprise clients through outbound outreach.
  • Manage and maintain an outbound sales pipeline with strong lead and prospect qualification.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Follow the sales playbook to move sales leads through an Account Executive-led buying process.
  • Adhere to service-level agreements for lead outreach and follow-up timing.
  • Research leads and initiate new relationships with potential customers.
  • Represent Bitwarden’s offerings across outbound channels as the first point of contact for prospects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound Sales Development Representative experience in the technology or SaaS space.
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as HubSpot, Outreach, or a similar engagement tool.
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools, especially in Enterprise B2B environments.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical information concisely.
  • Effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with willingness to share best practices and learn from others.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region for this remote contractor role.
