Description

  • Generate sales leads by prospecting and engaging mid-market and enterprise clients through outbound outreach.
  • Manage and maintain an outbound sales pipeline and qualify leads and prospects effectively.
  • Identify potential client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Follow the sales playbook to move leads through an Account Executive-led buying process.
  • Adhere to service-level agreements for lead outreach and follow-up intervals.
  • Research leads and initiate new customer relationships as the first point of contact.
  • Showcase Bitwarden’s offerings through outbound sales channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound Sales Development Representative experience in the technology or SaaS space.
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as HubSpot, Outreach, or a similar engagement tool.
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar, especially in Enterprise B2B environments.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information concisely.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive, persistent, and resilient approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share best practices with a team.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Based in the EMEA region and able to work as a full-time contractor until Bitwarden establishes an EMEA business entity.
