Description

  • Run inbound demo cycles end-to-end, including discovery, qualification, demos, and closing.
  • Use structured qualification frameworks such as BANT, SPICED, and ECIR to evaluate opportunities consistently.
  • Conduct pain-led discovery conversations to identify business needs before presenting solutions.
  • Maintain accurate, clean, and up-to-date CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other Account Executives on pipeline execution and team success.
  • Use AI-assisted sales tools to improve pipeline speed, insight, and execution.
  • Contribute to team culture by sharing effective practices and supporting peers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS Account Executive experience with verifiable quota attainment across multiple years.
  • Experience working in high-volume inbound SaaS environments, preferably ed-tech, HR-tech, or similar.
  • Fluency with structured sales frameworks such as BANT, SPICED, ECIR, or equivalent.
  • A consistent performance record, ideally in the 90–110% quota attainment range across multiple years.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask effective questions.
  • CRM discipline and strong pipeline hygiene; Pipedrive experience is a plus.
  • Technical, analytical, results-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with solid writing, phone, and general communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; a second language is considered an asset.
  • Willingness to undergo background verification, including references, criminal record checks, and credit checks.
  • Ability to provide valid government-issued photo ID, proof of SIN, and proof of residential address during onboarding.
