Description

  • Introduce Wishpond’s solutions to business owners in the assigned territory and own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Build pipeline through outbound calls, email outreach, and events.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partner success, and account management teams to understand the product and value proposition.
  • Act as an ambassador for Wishpond’s products, services, brand, and reputation.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, prospective customers, and existing customers.
  • Work with account management to support successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Maintain weekly reporting, opportunity tracking, forecasting, CRM data updates, and data accuracy.
  • Stay current on marketing initiatives and apply that knowledge throughout the sales process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in marketing and a SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting sales objectives, quotas, and productivity requirements.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing industry is an asset.
  • Experience using Wishpond’s product is an added advantage.
  • Strong relationship-management skills and a client-first mindset.
  • A degree or diploma relevant to the role is considered an asset.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Technical and analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong organization, administrative, time management, writing, phone, and general communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
  • Must be based anywhere outside of Canada and able to work standard business hours aligned to Pacific or Eastern Time Zones.
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and required banking/identity details for Wise or Deel.
  • Must have a personal workstation, computer, headset, and fast, reliable internet connection.
