Description

  • Build, customize, and maintain workflows, automations, triggers, campaigns, and pipeline processes in Go High Level.
  • Complete assigned Go High Level projects and workflow requests for the provider.
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing GHL automations and operational processes.
  • Answer inbound patient calls professionally and respond to patient emails and inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate communication with insurance companies and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Check insurance claim status and maintain accurate documentation in ChiroTouch EHR.
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations alongside another Virtual Assistant.
  • Perform internet research and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Review work carefully to minimize errors and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience creating Go High Level workflows and automations is required and is considered a deal breaker.
  • Experience building workflows, triggers, automations, and campaigns inside Go High Level.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Comfortable speaking with patients and insurance companies over the phone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with minimal careless mistakes.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and strong follow-up skills.
  • Experience working in a medical, chiropractic, or healthcare practice is preferred.
  • Experience using ChiroTouch EHR and Go High Level is preferred.
  • Must provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available to attend video meetings with camera on when required.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, stable high-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps, noise-canceling headset, webcam, and a quiet professional workspace are required.
