Description

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to answer questions and resolve concerns.
  • Provide product information, explain policies, and assist customers with website navigation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide fast-paced customer support.
  • Process orders, refunds, extensions of expired products, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Enroll customers in coursework and support their use of Colibri’s offerings.
  • Build relationships with customers and personalize communication to improve the customer experience.
  • Learn and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to better assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and maintain records.
  • Anticipate current and future customer needs through critical thinking and problem solving.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
  • Comfort using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed individually and as part of a team.
  • Reliable in-home internet connection.
  • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
  • Competencies in communication, customer focus, problem solving, empathy, patience, time management, attention to detail, conflict resolution, and continuous learning and growth.
