Description

  • Answer inbound patient calls and provide professional customer support.
  • Assist patients with questions about medications, prescriptions, and storage requirements.
  • De-escalate frustrated or upset patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Verify daily that provider consultations have been completed and follow up on incomplete cases.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, email inboxes, and correspondence.
  • Perform accurate data entry, record maintenance, and documentation updates.
  • Track tasks, maintain workflow progress, and ensure operational processes are completed on time.
  • Provide executive assistant support, including scheduling, organization, and administrative coordination.
  • Assist with CRM and Go High Level administrative tasks.
  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads and support special projects as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Clear, professional U.S. accent is required.
  • Healthcare, telemedicine, or patient-facing customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle upset customers with empathy and patience.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and pattern-recognition abilities.
  • High reliability, accountability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems, workflows, and proprietary software quickly.
  • Honest, confident, and willing to seek clarification rather than guess.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for long-term growth and partnership.
  • Experience with EHR/EMR platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Go High Level (GHL), is preferred.
  • Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection with at least 25 Mbps.
  • Must have a noise-canceling headset.
  • Must have a webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Must be able to work in a quiet, professional environment.

  • Remote full-time work with a Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EDT.
  • Compensation of $5.00 to $6.00 per hour, depending on experience.
