Description

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary, following set procedures.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and provide clear, helpful information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
  • Meet daily service targets and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service, call centre, or support role.
  • Clear and professional communication in English, written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is a plus.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home working setup.
  • Must be able to work 11:00–19:00 SAST (09:00–17:00 UK time).
