Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer support across voice, email, chat, social media, and other written communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and solutions while building positive rapport and loyalty.
  • Handle inbound customer support and customer retention conversations professionally.
  • Meet Customer Care team KPIs, targets, company policies, procedures, and SLAs.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers across blended support channels.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teammates and share knowledge to support continuous learning and growth.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in voice and non-voice customer service, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide professional solutions to their concerns.
  • Proficiency with voice and non-voice communication channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Confidence in daily conversations with campaign heads and clients.
  • Demonstrated integrity and diligence.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work from home and visit the BGC office to pick up equipment.
