Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using company car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the equipment and vehicles for safety.
  • Complete customer paperwork and maintain detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company policy.
  • Support customer interactions with a professional, customer-facing approach.
  • Participate in local community activities as part of the customer experience.
  • Follow delivery and vehicle-handling procedures during indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Perform duties that may include occasional heavy physical activity and extended periods of standing or driving.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be available to work 11 am to 9 pm and 7 days a week with rotating days off.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri candidates must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California candidates must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing them in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand and remain physically active for 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to move with high and low levels of motion, including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
