Description

  • Perform daily outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify prospects and pass warm leads to the assigned in-house salesperson.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-up sequences.
  • Support outbound lead generation to help revive stalled growth and enable market expansion.
  • Work independently to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in outbound outreach.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry.
  • Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience with Manitol CRM.
  • Experience using a dialer system, client-provided or Wing-provided.
  • Optional experience with the Wing App for communication and reporting.
  • USB headset with noise-cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps wired speed.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
