Description

  • Engage and nurture enterprise-level accounts across the SaaS, creative, and marketing industries using a multi-channel outreach approach.
  • Develop strategic and personalized outreach based on account intent signals to start meaningful sales conversations.
  • Qualify target accounts by identifying their pain points, needs, and long-term engagement potential.
  • Position Superside as a strategic partner that delivers value beyond transactional sales.
  • Create and nurture opportunities for Account Executives and the broader sales team.
  • Use Salesforce, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator to identify, prospect, and convert accounts.
  • Maintain an active presence on social platforms as a trusted voice in the marketing and design industry.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience targeting the North American market.
  • Experience in creative agencies and/or SaaS tech companies is preferred.
  • Experience engaging enterprise-level accounts is strongly preferred.
  • Proven high performance in sales or business development, especially in non-transactional sales.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and how to convert unresponsive prospects into opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience using multi-channel sales strategies, including phone, email, social, and video.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator, or a strong willingness to learn them.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand client challenges and tailor solutions.
  • Ability to present confidently to senior executives across multiple channels.
