Description

  • Research and identify potential leads that fit client target markets.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn to start conversations.
  • Engage with English- and French-speaking prospects across multiple markets, including Quebec and Eastern Canada.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for client Account Executives.
  • Learn and use sales tools, including CRMs and sales engagement platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to test messaging and refine outreach strategies.
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and ongoing skill development.
  • Bring a positive, curious, and energetic attitude to daily outreach and learning.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in French is strongly preferred.
  • Fully bilingual candidates are preferred, especially those comfortable supporting Quebecois French-speaking prospects and clients.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • No prior sales experience is required.
  • A growth mindset with curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn is expected.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are required.
  • A self-starter attitude with initiative and problem-solving ability is required.
  • Interest in technology, business, and sales is required.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working remotely with strong Wi-Fi.
  • Professional-level fluency in Quebecois French may qualify for additional compensation (preferred).
