Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals, business model, and pain points.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, pain, timing, and stakeholder map.
  • Research prospects using the web and other sources and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Share market feedback from the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up and consistent daily outbound activity.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience in SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Confidence communicating value over the phone and in writing.
  • Reliable home or remote work setup with self-discipline to work independently.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach, including 50+ touches per day, without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong CRM discipline with clean data, updated stages, and useful notes.
  • Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn from metrics and feedback.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, staffing, BPO, or outsourced services.
  • 4-year degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work remotely in Pacific Time or Eastern Time.
  • Adjustable seniority bar noted in the posting: 1 to 3 years of experience may be considered for a more senior profile.

Benefits

  • Salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
  • On-target earnings of approximately $20,000, with commission uncapped.
