Description

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects and manage the full sales process from first touch to close.
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
  • Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns for the company.
  • Develop and execute the company’s broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Elevate the company brand to attract larger and more established clients.
  • Think holistically about how advertising fits within the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and founding team as a hands-on individual contributor, with potential to help build and lead a future team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, with Meta preferred, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, with HubSpot preferred, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Preferred/valuable: experience building sales processes, marketing strategy, or growth functions in a specialized service business.
