Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects evaluating Wing.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals and business model.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing and map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
  • Gather prospect data from conversations, the web, and other sources and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Stay current on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape and share market feedback with internal teams.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience in SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience may be considered for a more senior bar.
  • Confidence speaking on the phone and writing personalized outreach messages.
  • A reliable home or remote work setup with the self-discipline to work independently.
  • Comfort handling high volume and making 50+ touches per day without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong CRM discipline, including clean data, updated stages, and useful notes.
  • A strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to track numbers, understand conversion rates, and learn from rejection.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services is a plus.
  • A 4-year degree is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • $40,000 to $50,000 base salary per year.
  • On-target earnings of about $20,000 on top of base, with uncapped commission potential.
