Description

  • Call customers who sign up, book meetings, and help them get started.
  • Reach out to trial users and schedule onboarding sessions.
  • Contact customers with failed payments and help reconnect them with the team.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospects to generate fresh business.
  • Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to contact potential clients.
  • Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to improve outreach approach and messaging.
  • Look for creative ways to find and connect with new leads.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SDR, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Comfortable making 200–250 calls each day.
  • Strong people skills with clear communication and active listening.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRMs, and email outreach tools.
  • Quick thinker with strong research skills and the ability to identify the right prospects.
  • Able to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
  • Self-motivated and focused on hitting or exceeding goals.
  • Experience in AI or SaaS startups is a plus.
