Description

  • Own SEO and organic channel growth through keyword research, competitive analysis, and topic clustering.
  • Develop and execute content strategy, including on-page optimization, pillar-cluster architecture, publishing cadence, and backlink acquisition.
  • Audit and improve technical SEO to strengthen site authority, crawl efficiency, and search visibility.
  • Design and build landing pages and conversion-focused post-click experiences to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze behavioral data, and optimize user flows, CTAs, forms, and personalization triggers.
  • Create SEO-optimized copy for landing pages, long-form content, and nurturing assets that convert search intent into revenue.
  • Design and manage email and CRM automation flows for onboarding, engagement, upsell, winback, and referrals.
  • Implement no-code automations and integrate CRM, analytics, and product event data for real-time nurturing and retargeting.
  • Plan and test low-cost growth experiments such as co-marketing, affiliate programs, influencer collaborations, community initiatives, and referral loops.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams and contribute to team processes, documentation, hiring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and CRO within competitive B2B environments.
  • Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS from $0 to $1-5M ARR through SEO and CRO efforts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with analytics and growth tools such as GA4, PostHog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Framer.
  • Experience with campaign managers and automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
  • Strong fundamentals in attribution, funnel analytics, and growth modeling.
  • Ability to prototype and launch experiments in days, often using AI tools for research, content, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team settings.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
  • Portfolio of case studies demonstrating cross-channel growth loops and measurable business outcomes.
