Description

  • Execute employer branding initiatives that position Wing as an employer of choice for remote professionals.
  • Develop and distribute content campaigns including videos, graphics, posts, and success stories that showcase culture, growth, and client impact.
  • Build and manage partnerships with universities, training programs, job boards, and talent networks to expand candidate reach.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to keep candidate-facing touchpoints consistent and professional.
  • Manage and optimize referral campaigns and ambassador initiatives to generate organic leads.
  • Track and report recruitment marketing metrics such as CTR, application conversion, referral participation, and partner yield.
  • Support the creation of career page content, testimonials, and brand materials for digital and physical use.
  • Coordinate with design and video teams to produce branded recruitment visuals, reels, and highlight campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment communications.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, campaign management, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for candidate audiences.
  • Experience working with creative tools and analytics platforms such as Canva, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics, or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments including TA, HR, and Ops.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in BPO, startup, or fast-scaling recruitment environments is preferred.
  • Background in content creation, digital marketing, or community partnerships is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Workable, or LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Benefits

  • ₱30,000–₱45,000 monthly compensation based on experience and performance.
