Description

  • Manage the end-to-end pipeline from pre-demo through implementation.
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers to identify needs, qualify interest, and drive sales.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Conduct product demos and explain the service, value proposition, features, benefits, and competitive differences.
  • Handle outbound prospecting, enroll leads into automated sequences, and send LinkedIn InMails.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales executives and leadership to meet company goals and targets.
  • Support onboarding by calling customers who have not completed the process and helping them get started.
  • Assist customers with setup, customization, integration issues, and technical support questions.
  • Use creative solutions and tools like Zapier to resolve complex integration needs.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or solutions.
  • At least 1 year of sales-related experience at a SaaS company.
  • Experience managing a pipeline of prospects and converting leads into paying customers.
  • Experience with prospect follow-up using calls, email cadences, and texting.
  • Experience conducting virtual product demos, handling objections, upselling, and customizing pricing.
  • Experience negotiating with customers and working with clients across different industries.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, prospecting tools, Google Meet/Zoom, Discord or Slack, and G Suite/Google Docs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Psychology/Cognitive Studies, Communication, English, Technology/Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work US hours or a graveyard shift.
  • Familiarity with AI, generative AI, prompt engineering, APIs, automations, or tools like Zapier is preferred.
